Cat-in-a-box isn't unexpected! I always expect cats to be in boxes (and the truly unexpected thing is that the house cat doesn't jump into boxes, which is really weird).
ReplyDeleteHowever, it's truly cool to see a great pic of Magic in a Box!
The unexpected thing for me was the ginormous spider on the floor in the living room. *shudder* I think it is behind the bookshelves now and there it can stay until it dries out!
Gah! I hate the ginormous spider surprises. Cats in boxes are much more fun.
DeleteThey changed the formula on a shampoo I had been using, so I went online and ordered a new shampoo, tried it, and so far I like it. So an unpleasant surprise seems to have led me to a better product.
ReplyDeleteSkye's comment about Magic in a Box sounds like a great opportunity for a crafty person to make cuddly toys that are contained in boxes and sold as "Magic in a Box."
OMG! I love that idea :-) And so does Magic, of course...
DeleteAwesome idea!
DeleteCute pic!!! :) What unexpected things have happened to/around me lately? A tortoiseshell kitten moved into the backyard. Now I have to find her a home before the winter... though, I am growing quite attached to her (which is expected). ;)
ReplyDeleteLOL. You know, I'm a psychic...and I have a prediction :-)
DeleteCat in house + open box (even only semi-open) = cat in box. Every. Time. XD
ReplyDeleteAll the "unexpected" little things that have happened this week . . . I actually had clues, looking bac, so they weren't really unexpected. Though they all still resulted in "ugh" moments.
Oh dear. Sorry about the ugh moments. Don't like those at all...
DeleteMy cactus died. It was totally unexpected. One day it was standing tall with flowers. The next day it was drooped over the side of it's pot, dead.
ReplyDeleteCats are a constant surprise. I never know what Bernie is going to do next. He's outside so no boxes but he is often swinging on the porch swing.
How odd about your cactus. And bummer.
DeleteHmh, I went along with family today to a nifty household shop thinking *I don't need anything, but it's nice to go there together and have breakfast together at their bar there anyway*.
ReplyDeleteI came out with a bagful of things. LOL
Not entirely unexpected I must say, but I found some unexpected treasure, such as an olive wood mortar. :D
What did ya get???
DeleteUmmmm... one of those nifty Italian coffee makers, what are they called again... ah right Pezzetti. Very simple, very yum coffee, not expensive at all. :)
DeleteAnd then mini salt and pepper shakers galore that (at home) I filled with glitter - so much easier to craft with glitter this way. :D
And two biiiig jars for home made syrup (prepared that and now it's resting in the fridge for 2 days... blueberries with lemon zest and juice, some sage and loads of dark honey).
And the mortar.
Yay. :D
